One of the best decisions we have made was hiring Matias for our Global Internal Platforms team, we have software that
is more than 10 years old and no one before was really able to manage the day to day issues with the
platform but at the same time work on redesigning and rewriting the code to bring that platform to current
technologies, but Matias was able to do this with a really small team and a great work ethic,
he managed to learn the entire codebase and separate the bug fixing from the new features to start building
them in a new codebase based on recent technology. He knows everything from Devops to Backend and Frontend coding,
so all devs that work with him really enjoy it and learn a lot from him, not just from the technical point of
view but also from the work ethic. Hope to work with Mati for many more years.

In my professional career I specialized in Microsoft technologies (in which I am certified) for being always close to large enterprise solutions,
I have programmed from VisualBasic 5 and 6 through all versions of .NET to .NET Core and the whole Azure world,
and I have also programmed in almost all languages both multistack, desktop, mobile, frontend and backend.
I have knowledge in computer networks (CISCO certified) and I have taken both technical and leadership courses to enhance my profile.
I see the universe and all its components as a big system and subsystems and that makes me see how each part,
under certain rules and environments must interact to give the expected result.

I have always specialized in Microsoft technologies as they have always been a niche where large companies have challenging,
complex, robust and large-scale projects.
The first business applications I developed were in Visual 5 and 6 and then I started with .NET from its first version through all of them,

I have been playing chess since I was 4 years old and participated in national youth chess tournaments, reaching 4th place nationally.
It's one of my passions and it's a mental training to keep the brain in continuous search of learning,

Another of my passions. I have always been close to music and instruments. I have studied in different opportunities, also in conservatory.
